Phx Faerie Festival Merchant App Revised
It was brought to our attention that the Merchant Vendor application was missing some crucial information and a bit difficult to fully understand.
So the application has been revised as of 10/25/06
Food vendors and Merchant vendor apps are now 2 seperate forms.
The Hand Craft only policy has been lifted to include other Retail merchandise which compliments the theme of the event. All merchandise whether hand crafted or retail must still be pre-approved by WGPFF jury staff.
All vendors must carry their own special event liability insurance, and must have an Arizona Privilege Tax ID.
So if you were put off by the complexity of the application previous to 10/25, or felt that your product wasn't appropriate, please take another look and consider being a part of the Phoenix Faerie Festival 2007.
